Miten voit osallistua?
Laadi Word-hakemus, jossa avaat kohdissa A) ja/tai B) pyydettyjä esimerkkejä ja toimintamalleja:
A) Provide examples of how your leadership implements at least one area covered in Gavriella Schuster’s BeCOME ALLIES framework – Connect, Outreach, Mentor, Empower, Advocate, Listen, Lift, Include, Elevate and/or Sptoimenonsor – to become a more diverse and inclusive organization.
B) Tell us about your company’s diversity, equity and inclusion best practice(s) related to gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, neurodiversity, age and/or sexual orientation. Share how the D&I initiative has enriched your company culture or brought value to the wider partner community.
